Insecticide formulation contains Pyriproxyfen as an active ingredient used against larvae of mosquito vector in public health.
Direction Of Use
Pyriproxyfen 0.5% GR is recommendedfor larval control of an. stephensi, an. subpictus, culex quinquefasciatus and ae. aegypti at following doses and application frequency. EQUIPMENT USED IN APPLICATION :- Manual application of product should be done. Wear hand gloves during application. 1. Breeding habitate :-Clean water/domestic containers Dosage/ha : A.I. PREPARATION OF SPRAY:Mix the required quantity of Demoulter in a small quantity of water to form a paste. Add remaining quantity of water and mix well before use.Use stick or rod for mixing. Do not mix with bare hands.

Direction of Use:
For most effective control, apply when insect are in early larval stage. Broadcast by hand using gloves. For control of cyclops, measured of Tempest Gr is to applied to make an effective concentration. As for example 10 gm. of Tempest Gr per 100 litres water will be equivalent to 1 mg per a.i.per litre water or 1 ppm.apply uniformly and repeat applications, if necessary. Use hand gloves while broadcasting granules.

Method of Application and Equipments for use:-
The formulation should be diluted in clean water. The measured quantity of the formulation should be poured in the required quantity of water with vigorous stirring with a stick to maintain the above mentioned dosage for high volume spraying. Use manually operated high volume sprayers like Rocking sprayer, Knapsack sprayer, hand compression sprayer or foot sprayer by using the volume of water indicated.
